The assistant secretary of the Air Force for manpower and reserve affairs, makes it a point to get out of his office and travel to Air Force bases throughout the country, listening to the questions, complaints and concerns of America’s airmen.
Last week that odyssey brought him to Vance Air Force Base, where Duehring held town hall-style meetings with Vance personnel, as well as attending a luncheon with members of Vance’s Top 3, a group of senior noncommissioned officers, before returning to Washington Friday.
