Day to remember
Senior Airman Virginia Liranzo carries the POW/MIA wreath as 71st Flying Training Wing Commander Col. Chris Nowland and World War II POW Francis Hoad participate in the annual POW/MIA retreat ceremony Sept. 19 at Vance Air Force Base.

The goal was for volunteers to run at least 71 miles in honor of POWs and MIAs, 71 for the 71st Flying Training Wing.
