After receiving a grade lower than what was hoped for when results of the Unit Compliance Inspection were announced at Monday’s out-brief, Team Vance paused to take a breath and ponder the inspector general team’s findings.
Vance’s 71st Flying Training Wing received a grade of satisfactory, the middle ranking of the five-point scale that includes outstanding, excellent, satisfactory, marginal and unsatisfactory. read more...
