Rich harvest

It began with an Oklahoma wheat harvest hat from a second-hand store in Enid and ended with Class 09-06 posing for a photo March 12 with a John Deere 9770 combine on the Vance AFB flight line.

RANDOLPH AIR FORCE BASE, Texas (AFNS) — A nurse at Wilford Hall Medical Center at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, was formally charged Tuesday by Air Force officials with three counts of violating Article 118 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice involving the deaths of terminally ill patients. read more...

'09-06 grads honored
Six members of Joint Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training Class 09-06 were honored March 13 at Vance Air Force Base. Capt. Mark Prusinowski was named distinguished graduate in the T-38 track and was awarded the Air Education and Training Command commander’s trophy. Prusinowski also received the flying training award. He will go on to fly F-15Es at Seymour Johnson AFB, N.C. See full story above. (Photo provided)

Edward Zarembo was named distinguished graduate and earned the AETC commander’s trophy. Zarembo also was presented the flying training award. He will next fly the C-17 at Hickam AFB, Hawaii.
