A Vance Air Force Base airman from the 71st Security Forces Squadron was convicted Aug. 6 in a special court-martial for violating Article 86, Uniform Code of Military Justice, Absence without Leave for less than 30 days; Article 92, UCMJ, Dereliction of Duty, for using her Government Travel Card for other than official travel related expenses; Article 112a, UCMJ, Wrongful Use of Marijuana; and Article 134, UCMJ, Dishonorably Failing to Pay Debt, for failing to pay her Bank of America and Citibank Government Travel Card balances.
