Participants in Vance’s 2009 Artist Craftsman Gallery Showcase were presented certificates for their creative excellence during a reception held Tuesday in the 71st Flying Training Wing headquarters building.
The certificates were presented by Diane McCurdy, the 71st Force Support Squadron director.
