ENID, Okla. — Police investigating a Monday night shooting left the scene without appearing to make any arrests.

Enid Police Department had blocked off East Broadway between 6th and 7th for several hours investigating the shooting that occurred in the area.

One person was shot and treated at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center Monday night, according to police officials, who did not know the condition of the victim as of Monday evening.

Police repeatedly told occupants of a residence in the 600 block of Broadway to come out with their hands up. SWAT later was called to the scene.

Around 10:30 p.m., police had opened the roads back up, but it wasn’t known if anybody had been inside the residence.This story will be updated as more information becomes available.
